VAPORIZING SALVE

Skinners Vaporizing salve is the most unique all purpose salve on the market today.  One of the problems is the "market" is not that big.  In the 30 years that we have used Skinner's salve in our practice I have kept a watchful eye out for this salve in the stores in almost every area of the country that we have traveled and I have seen Skinner's salve for sale in only one ol' country store in a small town in Indiana. We are very proud to be able to offer this to the market place from our humble website.

I know there is a testimonial section but I would like to share my personal family's experience with Skinner's first and foremost without it being obscured by the Company's testimonial page.  This salve has the appearance and odor not unlike other salves but for some reason it acts and reacts in a different and more rewarding way.  That is to say it gets results where other salves that "appear" to be the same do not get the same results.  That is not only true from just our own experience but from our many patients who got such good results and would purchase several jars of Skinner's and sell them to their friends.   This happened many, many times over and over again.

As you will see under "uses" that colds and sore throats and sinus problems is one of its uses.  I can remember the times that I had a sore throat ..... the kind that you can hardly swallow with ..... and by "snuffing" a glob of Skinner's up each nostril and then lying down allowing the Skinner's to melt as you keep "snuffing" it back into the nasal pharynx and throat and giving it five minutes to do its "job"; you could then swallow and hardly feel that you had a sore throat at all.  It burns as you "snuff" it back over the raw, inflamed tissue but its a "good" burn and feels so soothing after a few minutes.  As you will note in the "uses" section it is used on burns so the burning sensation of the salve is not harmful but rather soothing.  Sun burned skin is another great use for Skinner's Salve.  You get almost instant relief.  We have used Skinner's on all kinds of rashes and weed poisoning and it is great for hives taking the itching and swelling away in minutes.   For the children, and adults, it works great on insect bites.  Be careful with the children not to leave any excess on the area where they can get it on their hands and then get it in their eyes. If it itches put Skinner's on it!  One exception would probably be hemorrhoids ... that would probably be a no-no.  :-)
