OLE  TIME   SKINNER'S SALVE

Skinner's Vaporizing Salve is one of the most unique salves I have ever come across in my 30 years of practice.  Today it is still made by the Skinner's Family in the traditional manner that it was formulated by Grandpa Skinner 60 years ago.  I invite you to look through the Company history, ingredients, testimonials and most of all the many, many uses for this unusual vaporizing salve.

Even though there is a testimonial section, I feel a need to relate my family's personal experiences with Skinner's here on this initial introductory page.  I don't want to obscure our testimony with that of the Companies.  Sometimes you just feel like you want to be "first".   This is kind of how I feel about Skinner's Salve.

We have used Skinner's for every type of skin rash, weed and insect irritations, sun burns (fantastic relief); actually for almost any "itchy" condition  ............... not recommended for hemorrhoids however :-).  It is the most fantastic thing for head colds, sinus congestion and sore throats!  I have personally had sore a throat ....... the kind you can hardly swallow with ....... and by "snuffing" a glob of Skinner's up each nostril and then laying down to let the salve dissolve while you "snuff" it into the back of the nasal pharynx and throat you can almost "cure" a bad sore throat.  It will "burn" as a sensation at first but in 5 minutes your sore throat is almost gone and you can swallow without any discomfort.  This will last for 3 or 4 hours and then you do it again.   Never go to bed at night with a sore throat without "snuffing" SKinner's!  

I mentioned rashes but I didn't specifically talk about hives.  It is excellent for hives.  It stops the itching almost instantly and reduces the swelling.  You have to be careful with children as they may get it on their hands and then get it in their eyes.  We used it under band aids or rub it in and then wipe it off good.  This leaves little residue for a child to get on their hands.

We used it often with sore achy muscles, and muscle and joint strains and sprains.  Check out the many uses and give this unique salve a try.  You'll be glad you did!
