RESTRICTIONS TO REPRINTING ANY OF THE MARKETING FORMATS
(see Marketing Format section).
Note: The only marketing tools any one can use are the ones in the Marketing Format
section. You must follow these guidelines!

| No Bulk e-mail

| The PENALTY for violating this e-mail
policy could result in termination from American Longevity. Any individual or group
attempting to degrade the good name of American Longevity by overwhelming others with bulk
e-mail could face criminal charges as well as a multi-million dollar lawsuit. AREAS
YOU CAN USE THE MARKETING FORMATS. Read this first, then the Marketing
Formats section. (The letter/article format can be used as a letter and/or an
article for e.g. newspaper circulation. To use as an article, remove "sincerely"
or leave it in and use it as an open letter. Policy I. 13 states that your name,
Independent Associate for "American LongevityTM"
Products, must be on the article. This policy also states "Associate's use
of the name 'American Longevity' is restricted to protect the Company's proprietary
rights..." Since this letter/article has been approved by Dr. Wallach, every word
must remain the same. This letter/article does not violate Policy I. 12 which states,
"Associates may place classified ads in newspapers if they do not use Company names
or trademarks.") (Note: You must complete the associate's sign up procedure before
you can use any Marketing Formats.)

| E-mail this letter to your friends, relatives
and business associates. We are not responsible if they receive another e-mail from our
marketing center. See our policy for e-mail in the previous section

| You can place any of the Marketing Formats in
online newsletters already in circulation - you may insert any of the Marketing Formats in
an appropriate online newsletter. Do not select a newsletter associated with pornography,
promoting violence, illegal drugs, or anything illegal. Do not create a newsletter and
bulk e-mail it with this marketing letter/article. You can create a newsletter and include
this article and market it by any means except bulk e-mail. (We are not responsible if
they receive another e-mail from our marketing center. See our policy for e-mail in the
previous section.)

| Joining newsgroups interested in learning
about health, various diseases and building a business through network marketing. When
appropriate (i.e. be tactful, courteous and considerate), post this article on their
bulletin board. Only select groups not opposed to business activity. Newsgroups opposed to
any business activity could become a source of negative publicity. Emphasize that this
knowledge is essential for good health. Give the credentials of Dr. Wallach. State facts
of health and longevity. It is far better to be a welcome guest, then a valued member
rather than a pushy salesperson.
